Dream On creates a moment in your day for self- reflection, curiosity, and compassion offering ideas on how you can live with more peace and clarity.

As a psychotherapist, writer and mother, I weave together psychological insight, personal story, and practical tools twice a month to help you on your journey to live with less overwhelm and more authenticity. I hope it serves as a touchstone for more whole-hearted living, connection and joy.

A little more about me and why I do this work

I found my way to practicing depth psychology (with a lot of creative, practical tools in the mix) after navigating a complex career and relationship change.

I noticed that what helped me find clarity was the symbolic exploration of the unconscious patterns that quietly drove me. And, through nearly two decades of clinical work, I learned that self-compassion is at the heart of finding more peace.

My work has been shaped by my clinical practice, ongoing study in depth psychology, and a deep belief that our dreams, memories, and symbols hold wisdom worth tending.

My first book, Dream Minding, will be published by The Dial Press in Fall 2026.

I live in Los Angeles, where you can find me dreaming underneath lemon trees or roasting a chicken for a slew of family and friends.
